Part and clean the areas you will work. Confirm the scalp is intact and free of active irritation.
Treat
Work the scalp with your stamp or pen to your usual depth and pattern.
Reconstitute
Introduce 1 ml of sterile saline down the wall of the vial and swirl gently until fully dissolved. Do not shake.
Apply
Apply section by section across the worked scalp while the channels are open. Advise the patient to leave the scalp unwashed overnight.

Exosomes are tiny packages that cells release to communicate. They carry proteins, lipids, and RNA, delivered together rather than one ingredient at a time.
Hair Ex is the Skin Ex formulation, with the same peptides and growth factor complement, written into a scalp protocol. The scalp is skin, and a stamp or pen opens it the way a microneedling pass opens the face.
Applied while the channels are open, it leaves the scalp looking hydrated and comfortable, and hair looking thicker and fuller over a series.

All questionsHow should product be stored and shipped?
Three of the four products need no refrigeration at all.
Bloom Skin Ex, Bloom Hair Ex and Bloom Copper HA are shelf-stable at room temperature. They ship by standard courier and sit in your procedure room until you use them. No freezer, no dry ice, no cold-chain paperwork, and no shipment arriving warm with nobody able to say whether it is still good.
Radiance is the exception. It arrives frozen and stays frozen until you need it, then thaws in five minutes at room temperature. It is the only product in the line that asks for freezer space, and a domestic freezer is sufficient.
Once reconstituted, Skin Ex and Hair Ex should be used within four hours. Do not refreeze either one.
Do you provide protocols and staff training?
Every product ships with a protocol card written for chairside reference — the steps, in order, on something that survives being handled with gloves on.
The protocols themselves are deliberately unremarkable, and that is the point. Skin Ex and Hair Ex layer onto passes you already perform, with no change to your device settings or technique. Radiance uses the injection technique and depth you already use for PRP. There is very little to learn, because there is very little that is new.
Where your team does need briefing is on the one hard rule for Copper HA: never inject it. It is on the product page and on the card.
How are the lyophilized formulations reconstituted?
At the chair, immediately before use, and it takes about a minute.
Bring the vial to room temperature if it has been anywhere cooler. Introduce 1 ml of sterile saline slowly, down the wall of the vial rather than directly onto the cake. Swirl gently until fully dissolved.
Do not shake. Agitation gains you nothing and the contents do not benefit from it.
Where a protocol calls for a combined pass, Bloom Copper HA can be used as the diluent instead of saline — many practices run the two together on microneedling for exactly that reason.
Use within four hours of reconstitution, and do not refreeze.
