Every product ships with a protocol card written for chairside reference — the steps, in order, on something that survives being handled with gloves on.

The protocols themselves are deliberately unremarkable, and that is the point. Skin Ex and Hair Ex layer onto passes you already perform, with no change to your device settings or technique. Radiance uses the injection technique and depth you already use for PRP. There is very little to learn, because there is very little that is new.

Where your team does need briefing is on the one hard rule for Copper HA: never inject it. It is on the product page and on the card.

Screening at the donor, control at the facility, characterization at the lot.

Donors are cleared through medical and social history review and serological testing before any material is accepted, under a documented screening program, and consent is taken at the time of donation.

Manufacturing runs in a cGMP facility using ISO-classified cleanrooms under documented process control. cGMP is a statement about process control and documentation — the things that make one lot resemble the next.

Lot documentation ships with the order. That is what lets you answer the question in the room eight months after the appointment, rather than looking for an email.

A PRP preparation is as good as the patient’s blood on the morning you drew it. A manufactured lot is not.

PRP depends on the donor, the centrifuge, and the technique of whoever ran it — three variables that change between patients and between staff. A manufactured lot is characterized before release and is the same in your room as it is in someone else’s.

Radiance is the direct substitute: the injection technique and depth you already use, without the draw and without the spin. What you get back is a consistent input and the chair time.

Five minutes at room temperature, and nothing else.

Radiance arrives frozen and stays frozen until you need it. Take a vial out, let it thaw, and inject through any needle from 25 to 32 gauge — seventy milligrams of Wharton’s jelly in three millilitres.

There is no blood draw, no centrifuge, no spin protocol, and no kit to rent. The part of a PRP appointment that spends your chair time is simply not in this one.

Not once it has been reconstituted.

A Skin Ex or Hair Ex vial holds about ten 15 mg applications. But the four-hour window starts when the saline goes in, and it does not pause overnight — so what a vial can cover is one sitting, not two. Reconstitute what the appointment needs.

Unopened, the constraint disappears — the vial is shelf-stable and waits for you on the shelf. What is time-limited is the reconstituted product, not the vial.

Where a protocol calls for a combined pass, Bloom Copper HA can be used as the diluent in place of saline, and many practices run the two together on microneedling for exactly that reason.

One hard rule for Copper HA, on the product page and on the protocol card: never inject it.

That is governed by the patient and the protocol, and a supplier who answers it with a single number is quoting you an average you cannot bill against.

Nothing here is placed and held in position the way a filler is. What you see is the course you run and the patient you run it on, and those move the answer far more than the vial does.

Set the expectation at consultation the way you already do for the other injectable services you offer, and review it at follow-up.

Three of the four products need no refrigeration at all.

Bloom Skin Ex, Bloom Hair Ex and Bloom Copper HA are shelf-stable at room temperature. They ship by standard courier and sit in your procedure room until you use them. No freezer, no dry ice, no cold-chain paperwork, and no shipment arriving warm with nobody able to say whether it is still good.

Radiance is the exception. It arrives frozen and stays frozen until you need it, then thaws in five minutes at room temperature. It is the only product in the line that asks for freezer space, and a domestic freezer is sufficient.

Once reconstituted, Skin Ex and Hair Ex should be used within four hours. Do not refreeze either one.

At the chair, immediately before use, and it takes about a minute.

Bring the vial to room temperature if it has been anywhere cooler. Introduce 1 ml of sterile saline slowly, down the wall of the vial rather than directly onto the cake. Swirl gently until fully dissolved.

Do not shake. Agitation gains you nothing and the contents do not benefit from it.

Use within four hours of reconstitution, and do not refreeze.

There is no minimum on a first order. Buy one vial of one product and see how it runs in your room before committing to anything.

Licensed practices. You will need an NPI number and a current state licence, and the licence has to cover the person performing the procedure rather than only the person who owns the building. We ask for both after you apply.

Bloom Skin Ex, Bloom Hair Ex and Bloom Copper HA are topical. Radiance is a cord tissue product delivered by needle, and it sits in a different regulatory category from the three topicals — worth knowing, because the two are often discussed as though they were the same thing.

Any supplier telling you their exosome product is FDA approved for an aesthetic indication is telling you something that is not true. There is no such approval, for anyone, and that is worth knowing before you put your licence behind a purchase.
