Privacy Policy

This page describes what this site collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written in plain terms and kept deliberately general — see the note at the foot.

What this covers

This policy covers this website and the two forms on it. It does not cover the separate platform on which orders are placed once a wholesale account is open, which will carry its own terms and its own privacy policy.

Information you give us

Nothing on this site requires an account, and nothing is collected unless you choose to send it. There are two places you can.

The provider application form takes business contact details and practice information, which services you offer and which products you are interested in, how you heard about us, and anything you choose to write in the message. It does not ask for an NPI number, a licence number, or a practice address. We request credentials separately, after an application is in, because a wholesale account can only be opened for a licensed practice.

The contact form takes your name, your email address, an optional phone number, a topic, and whatever you choose to write in the message. If you are opening an account, the provider form is the one path for that.

Information collected automatically

This site sets no cookies, loads no analytics, and embeds no tracking scripts. Fonts and every other asset are served from this site’s own domain, so viewing a page sends no request to any third party and no record of your visit reaches anyone else.

Whoever hosts this site may keep standard server logs — the sort of request records any web server writes — and those are outside our control and are not used to build a profile of you.

How we use what you send

We use it to reply to you, to establish whether a practice is eligible for a wholesale account, and to communicate with you about that account and any order under it. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not trade or rent it to anyone.

What never touches a form field

Neither form is instrumented. Analytics, session recording, and logging are excluded from both. If any tracking is ever added to this site, both forms are marked in the markup to be skipped by it.

Sharing

We share what you send only where it is necessary: with service providers who process form submissions or email on our behalf and are bound to handle it for that purpose alone, and where we are required to by law. Those are the only two cases.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send for as long as it takes to do the thing you sent it for, and afterwards only where a record has to be retained for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons. Credential details supplied to open an account are kept for as long as the account is active.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect what you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the details on the contact page and we will tell you what we can do and what, if anything, we are required to keep.

This site is not for consumers

Everything here is addressed to licensed practices and the professionals working in them. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new review date.
